We mapped diverse personas including households, merchants, shopkeepers, online shoppers, trade associations, brands, traders, exporters, and entrepreneurs.

The insights from the study where used by the product and developers to create a unique an all inclusive business card which will be tested in the coming months in 2025.

The initiative will be launched and tested in Tamil Nadu focussing on the textile industry.
